Fenxo is an intelligent food tracking application that uses advanced AI technology to simplify health management. This agreement is between you and Fenxo regarding the use of this application's services. Please read this agreement carefully before using Fenxo services. By using Fenxo services, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this agreement.
Account Registration and Use
To access all features of Fenxo, you need to register a Fenxo account. During registration, you must provide accurate and complete personal information and ensure timely updates to maintain accuracy.
- You must be a natural person with full civil capacity or an authorized organization
- You are responsible for keeping your account information and password secure, and for all activities under your account
- You may not transfer, lend, or share your account with others unless expressly permitted by us
- If we detect abnormal account usage, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account
AI Food Recognition Service
The core function of Fenxo is to identify food photos you take using AI technology and analyze their nutritional content. When using this service, please note:
- Food recognition results are based on our AI model analysis and may have errors due to factors like shooting angle, lighting, and food type
- Nutritional data is for reference only and is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice
- We continuously optimize the AI recognition algorithm but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy for every food item
- Food photos you upload will only be used for nutritional analysis and not for other purposes
Data Privacy and Security
Fenxo places high importance on your data privacy and security. We commit to:
- Strict protection of your uploaded food photos and personal health data
- Using industry-standard security technologies to prevent data leaks, loss, or tampering
- Using your personal data only for providing and improving Fenxo services, not selling it to third parties
- Allowing you to export or delete your personal data at any time
Health Data and Dashboard
Fenxo provides an intuitive ring dashboard and dynamic statistical charts to help you monitor daily intake in real-time:
- All health data is for reference only and should not be used as medical diagnosis
- You should adjust your diet structure carefully based on your physical condition
- Our data visualization tools are designed to help you better understand nutritional intake patterns
- You can set personal nutrition goals, and the system will provide personalized recommendations based on those goals
Coin Incentive Mechanism
Fenxo employs a unique coin incentive mechanism to make health management more enjoyable:
- You can earn coin rewards by completing daily food logs, achieving health goals, and other activities
- Coins can be used to unlock special features or personalized themes within the app
- The coin incentive mechanism aims to encourage healthy food tracking habits
- We reserve the right to adjust coin acquisition rules and usage but will notify users in advance
User Responsibilities and Code of Conduct
When using Fenxo services, you agree to:
- Not use Fenxo services for any illegal activities
- Not upload images containing violent, pornographic, or other inappropriate content
- Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with Fenxo's normal operation
- Not exploit system vulnerabilities for improper gains
- Respect other users and refrain from harassment, deception, or other inappropriate behavior
Service Changes and Updates
Fenxo will continuously improve and optimize services:
- We may add, adjust, or remove certain features from time to time
- App updates may occur automatically to ensure you receive the best experience
- Major changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or email
- You have the right to choose whether to accept updates, but some new features may require updates to use

Agreement Modifications and Acceptance
We may modify the terms of this agreement as needed. Modified agreements will be published within the Fenxo application and become effective upon publication.
If you continue to use Fenxo services, you indicate acceptance of the modified agreement. If you disagree with the modified agreement, please discontinue using Fenxo services.
This agreement is effective from January 12, 2025, and supersedes any previous oral or written agreements or understandings.
